Three Tips to Help You Create Change in Your Life
Change can happen in a moment, it’s getting to the point where you’re ready for it that takes time. Tracey Lange and I discussed this on KFM’s Monday Motivation chat.
Here are a couple of tips to help you create the change you need:
1. Leverage
You have to look at where you are, see the pain of it, and feel it.
Look at the bad side of it. So really see the pain in staying where you are. Make staying where you are more painful than stopping the behaviour.
2. Interrupt the habit
Jump up if you have to… just do something crazy when you catch yourself in the moment, stagnant in your comfort zone… this will help you constantly break the habit. So that it becomes unnatural…
