Build a Positive Mindset With Daily Positive Affirmations
On KFM’s Monday Motivation moment Tracey Lange and I spoke about positive affirmations. If you’re motivated to make some changes in your life, but feeling stuck or frustrated, here are some tips.
Affirmations are statements that you make to affirm yourself and to draw out of yourself who you want to be and who you are.
For example, before I go into a meeting or I have a big day ahead of me, I will stand in the mirror and I will tell myself “you are confident”, “you’ve got this, girl!”, “you know what you’re doing”.
The key with affirmations is you’re not lying to yourself, you’re telling yourself stuff that you don’t believe.
You’re drawing out what you can see for yourself.
